Great article Andrew Coyle time and time again you see so many forms just hacked and whacked together in the sake of “coolness” versus actual usability. If someone can’t figure out your form your beat. I mean why would anyone want to sign up for something if the user gets to a crappy form that’s confusing as heck. Sorry but not signing up.
